2公斤雞 / 250克青薑絲 / 250克蒜頭,切碎 / 250克芫荽葉 / 生菜
Directions:
雞:
在雞身內外抹上鹽。再將姜塊,蔥段與蒜頭放入雞腹腔。深平底鍋里加足夠淹蓋全雞的水量,水燒開後,把雞放入,同時轉小火保持水溫在100而不煮滾,約30分鐘後取出,待它冷卻後,切塊與生菜擺放盤中上桌。
飯:
用少量雞油塊炸薑和蒜頭。放入洗過了的米,攪一攪,讓米都上了一層油。
倒入雞湯,煮20-25分鐘。
